Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records including invoices, sales, and receipts.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports as required.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
• Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
